Availability Guarantee
Effective: October 2nd, 2025
Scope: Vitalist's Moto Watch Smartwatches and associated standard accessories (chargers, straps) sold in Québec.
1. Policy summary
Vitalist Inc. guarantees that, for the period specified below, essential replacement accessories and technical information necessary to maintain or replace Vitalist smartwatches will be available to Québec consumers. This policy is published to comply with Québec’s Consumer Protection Act (Bill 29).
2. Availability period
Availability Period: 2 years from the date the product is first sold in Québec.
3. What we guarantee (during the availability period)
- Replacement accessories: Chargers, straps, and other essential components required to maintain device functionality will be available for purchase.
- Replacement program: Due to the compact and specialized nature of smartwatches, Vitalist provides a replacement-only approach rather than traditional repair. Consumers with devices that require attention will receive a replacement smartwatch through our support program.
- Technical information: Troubleshooting guidance and technical information necessary to maintain or replace the product will be made available to consumers. This information will be accessible free of charge when published digitally.
- Replacements are provided as full units through our support program, ensuring safe and fully functional devices without any risk of damage.
4. How consumers access replacements or information
- During the warranty period (1 year): Contact Moto Watch Customer Support; we will guide you through troubleshooting and provide a replacement per warranty terms if needed.
- After warranty (within the availability period): Contact Moto Watch Customer Support for troubleshooting and arranging a replacement device if necessary.

5. What happens if a replacement or accessory is unavailable
If a guaranteed accessory or replacement device is temporarily out of stock or discontinued, Vitalist will:
- Provide an equivalent or compatible accessory, or
- Offer a replacement device or other reasonable solution to meet the spirit of the availability guarantee.
6. Disclosure to merchants / retailers
Vitalist will provide a stable hyperlink to this Availability Guarantee page for merchants (e.g., Best Buy) to display alongside product listings. This ensures consumers can access the information and merchants comply with Bill 29 disclosure requirements.
7. Exceptions & limitations
- This guarantee does not cover damage from misuse, abuse, alteration, or unauthorized handling beyond normal use.
- If Vitalist cannot reasonably supply a specific accessory or replacement, we will notify the consumer and offer an alternative solution.
8. Effective date & changes
This policy applies to Vitalist products sold on or after the date posted on this page. Vitalist reserves the right to update this policy; changes will be posted to this page and will not apply retroactively to products already sold (except as otherwise required by law).
